Al-Huras for Sustainable Community Development
Towards people who make history

Al-Huras was born as an idea in the refugee camps in 2013, became a youth initiative in 2014, then a long-term youth leadership program in 2017, and finally a foundation in 2018: a home for everyone who believes in their active role in public life, and a platform that organizes young people’s energy and puts it to work.

VisionTo provide a grassroots incubator for serious youth leadership that helps produce a renewed Arab model of sustainable community development.

We work with children, adolescents and their communities to provide safe, supportive environments and to deliver quality programs in psychosocial support, learning, culture, the arts and leadership, strengthening their abilities, their self-confidence and their positive participation.
