Consent

We process your data with your explicit consent at registration, and only for the stated purpose. You can withdraw your consent by closing your account.

Who we share it with

  • The payment provider PayTabs, via the Middle East Payment Services company (MEPS): only to process payments.
  • Our hosting company, Hostinger: because the website and its database are hosted on its servers.
  • The AI provider that runs the assistant (Google or Anthropic): only the text of your conversation with the assistant; we do not send your account or email. If you type your name or number in the conversation to register a request, it passes through the provider to register it.
  • Official authorities: only when legally required.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account yourself from the “My account” page and its data is deleted immediately; registrations that are not confirmed within 7 days are deleted automatically. Payment records the law requires us to keep are an exception [period per the accountant].

Security

Connections to the site are encrypted (HTTPS), and passwords are stored encrypted so no one can see them. Access to members’ data is limited to authorized staff of the Foundation. If a breach affects your data, we will inform you and the competent authorities as the law requires.

Your rights

Under Jordanian law, you have the right to:

  • See the data we hold about you and get a copy of it.
  • Correct or update it; you can change your name yourself from the “My account” page.
  • Withdraw your consent and delete your account, yourself from the “My account” page or by asking us.
  • Object to or restrict its processing.
  • Transfer a copy of it to another party.
  • Be told about any breach that affects it.

To make a request, email us at info@yarob-huras.org and we will reply within [30] days.

Cookies

  • One essential cookie to keep you signed in, for up to 60 days or until you sign out.
  • An anonymous random number stored by your browser for 30 days, so we know how often visitors come back. It carries no name or information about you, we do not share it with anyone, and you can delete it by clearing the site’s data in your browser.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking tools.

We publish any change on this page with its date, and we email you about material changes.
